Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At PremiumAntivirus.in, we value our customers and strive to provide a transparent and fair refund process. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery: Payment was deducted but the license key was not delivered due to a technical error.
  • Invalid or non-working key: If reported within 7 days of purchase.
  • Blocked/revoked key: If the software vendor blocks the license key after purchase.
  • Wrong product purchased (for orders above ₹2,000 only): Refund will be initiated after successful resale of the license key, which may take up to 45–60 days.
3. No Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the antivirus key has been activated on any device.
  • Incorrect or invalid email/phone number provided by the customer.
  • Customer’s system does not meet the software’s technical requirements.
  • Change of mind or accidental purchase.
  • Orders below ₹2,000 in case of wrong product selection.
4. Refund Process

If your case is eligible for a refund, please contact our support team with your order ID, registered email, and payment proof.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (except wrong product resale cases, which may take longer).

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders once processed and license keys delivered cannot be cancelled. Cancellation is only possible before the license key has been issued to the customer.
