PremiumAntivirus.in exclusively sells digital license/serial keys for antivirus and other software.
Keys are delivered digitally via WhatsApp, email, and client login only. No physical product (CD, DVD, manual, or packaging) will be shipped.
Latest software must be downloaded directly from the respective official websites.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; confirmation occurs only upon successful payment and delivery of the license key.
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. PremiumAntivirus.in reserves the right to reject or cancel orders at its discretion. In such cases, any received payments will be refunded.
Payments must be made in full before delivery.
All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Prices are subject to change at any time prior to order acceptance.
In case of pricing or data errors, PremiumAntivirus.in reserves the right to correct prices and re-confirm with customers before delivery.

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of contact details. Once delivered, the risk of loss or misuse lies with the customer.
Refunds/replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:
No refunds/exchanges will be provided beyond the above conditions.
PremiumAntivirus.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
In proven cases of negligence, maximum liability shall not exceed ₹5,000.
Customers agree to indemnify PremiumAntivirus.in against misuse of products.
Customers are responsible for complying with local software licensing laws.
Obtaining any required legal authorizations or export licenses is the customer’s responsibility.
PremiumAntivirus.in reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend access in cases of suspected fraud, insolvency, or breach of terms.
All disputes shall first be resolved amicably within 30 days.
Failing amicable settlement, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
PremiumAntivirus.in may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
